Our mission is to raise money and awareness for Mental Health. My sister Jordyn Knowles and I came up with the Hookey's Hoodies concept. We would come up with a cool design that meant something to our family, we would sell T's and Hoodies. I played 4 years in the OHL 1.5 with the Soo Greyhounds and 2.5 with the Owen Sound Attack. Through my hockey career I was fortunate enough to have a great support network, I was a 9th round draft pick and was in and out of the line up for the first season playing. I found a spot in the second season and half way through that year I was traded to The Owen Sound attack out of the blue. I had my share of issues to deal with on and off the ice, we lost our uncle Brent to suicide in Nov 2023. It was one of the tough times in my life for sure. I lost my father to a sudden death in 2010 and Jordyn lost her mom to Pancreatic Cancer in 2011. We had decided it was time to do something to support mental health instead of sitting back and watching others struggle. We would use this as a way to help others.
